Top cuisine
I had the great pleasure to be a guest in Restaurant Marée. The view from the terrace out onto the plain and the Prince's estate is wonderful. Further, I'd like to give a big compliment for the kitchen. I had the US filet with morel. A poem literally melted in one's mouth. The service was also friendly and very attentive. Each course was explained and the farewell by the chef personally showed by that hospitality is really practiced here. This is altogether in one of my absolutely favourite restaurants.
Exceptional food, super service, beautiful atmosphere
We were at the Parkhotel Sonnenhof in February and were absolutely delighted. The service is very attentive without appearing to be imposing. The dishes out of Hubertus Real's kitchen were a pleasure and each course was an experience by itself. In addition, the sommelier gave us the perfect wine recommendation to the food.
The Real family is always present and you feel that the personal contact with the guests is really appreciated. We felt more like being guests with friends rather than in a restaurant. Finally, we can only thank you for an unforgettable evening. We felt unbelievably comfortable and will certainly visit again. Exclusive atmosphere If you would like something special, be it the location, atmosphere, friendliness, attention to detail - you're at the right place here.
We'll come again!
We recently ate in Restaurant Marée (Parkhotel Sonnenhof). Extraordinary creations are served in the beautiful rooms. The dishes which are combined with great precision create amazing taste adventures. We are passionate connoisseurs and go out to eat well regularly. But the visit to Restaurant Marée was really special. 17 points Gault & Millau are the reward for this extraordinary commitment. The service and wine list leave no wish unheard. We felt very comfortable in the carefully furnished Restaurant. Of particular note is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The delights of the palate from the kitchen and the impeccable service were a pleasant surprise. And since the wine list includes only exceptional grapes, we literally really did have the feeling of being guests.
Congenial
The food was exceptional, the "Crème brûlée like in France" was better than in France, the Risotto with the turbot the best risotto that I have ever enjoyed, the Vaduz Sauvignon blanc went with it perfectly. The atmosphere was stylish and cosy, the staff gracious. The Michelin star is well deserved.
