With All the Senses: Restaurant Marée & Saturday Brunch

At Restaurant Marée, the kitchen tells stories. The cooking is French-Mediterranean at heart and alpine in its roots, built on quality, honesty and care, the same values that have guided the house for two generations. Wherever we can, we work with what the region gives us and let the produce speak: a clear broth, a perfectly timed fillet, a sauce reduced without shortcuts. And always, framed in the window, that unmistakable panorama over Vaduz Castle as the backdrop to the plate.

It is fine dining the Sonnenhof way: refined, but never stiff. You are as welcome to linger over a five-course tasting menu in the evening as you are to settle in for something simpler with a glass of regional wine. Our team knows that the best meals are measured not in courses but in how unhurried they feel.

Every Saturday we open the doors for our gourmet brunch: a long, generous table of the season’s best, from morning pastries to warm dishes, with the valley spread out before you and no reason to rush. And keep an eye on this space for our Fish Weeks (“Fischwochen”), when the menu turns entirely to the very finest from lake and sea, one of the most loved moments in our culinary year.
